  • Graduate of the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics.  1000 hour INSTRUCTOR TRAINING curriculum with a 4.0 GPA and perfect attendance.  Areas of study included but were not limited to: Class lecturing, supervising, practical demonstrations, clinic supervision, administrative duties.

  • Graduate of the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics.  1000 hour ESTHETICS  with a 4.0 GPA and perfect attendance.  Areas of study included but were not limited to: European facial treatments, Depilation, Aromatherapy, Skin Care Machines, Anatomy & Physiology, Business Practices, Ethics, Makeup Artistry, Microdermabrasion, and Spa therapies.

  • Esthetics curriculum included a 335 hour clinical internship with the Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics.  Responsibilities included: Conducting treatment consultations with clients, Reviewing client history for contraindications, Identifying client goals and recommending services and products to achieve optimal results while ensuring client safety,  Performed non-invasive spa services such as Microdermabrasion, Facials, Reflexology, Tinting, and Depilation, Educated clients on necessity of home care and recommended products to meet their skincare needs and most importantly insured customer satisfaction.

  • Graduate of the Atlanta School of Massage.  Areas of study included but were not limited to: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Polarity, Sports Massage, Anatomy & Physiology.

  • Trained in all aspects of managing a Wholesale / Retail store. Duties included but were not limited to: Sales, Merchandising, Inventory Control, Packing, Shipping, Cash management, Teaching, Supervision, and Security.

  • Atlanta School of Massage and Atlanta Institute of Aesthetics.  Clinic manager for both professional and student massage clinics and  student esthetic clinics, Retail manager, Library manager, and Purchasing manager.  Managed, scheduled, and oversaw all public contact points for both schools.  Purchased all student supplies, back bar products, and retail merchandise.

What is Laughter Yoga?
 
Laughter Yoga combines Unconditional Laughter with Yogic Breathing (Pranayama).
 
Anyone can Laugh for No Reason, without relying on humor, jokes or comedy.
 
Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in a group; with eye contact and childlike playfulness, it soon turns into real and contagious laughter. 
 
The concept of Laughter Yoga is based on a scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter.
