GEAC COMPUTERS, INC. 1998 - 2002 Senior Software Consultant, 1998-2002 Provide level-3 technical support and consulting for GEAC's proprietary CICS Data Communication Interface (DCI) which is an application programming interface written in assembler. Read and diagnose CICS system and application abends. Worked on project to web enable DCI, opening up GEAC's mainframe products to the World Wide Web. Web programming using Visual Interdev, Javascript, ASP, and IIS.
SEMA GROUP TELECOM, INC. 1997 - 1998 Programmer Analyst 3, 1997-1998 Cellular billing invoice designer. Accomplishments: Creating customized on-line and hardcopy forms design, data handling and data merging solutions (Postscript and PDF output) using windows based JetForm Design JetForm Server and JetForm Merge software.
EQUIFAX / CREDIT BUREAU, INC. 1989 - 1997 Senior Systems Programmer / RS6000 System Administrator (promotion), 1996-1997 AIX system administrator. Accomplishments: Provide 7x24 hour system administrative support for twelve RS/6000's, one HP and six AIX/SP2 nodes. Maintained system software licenses, wrote documentation for use on corporate intranet web server using native HTML. Developed Korn shell scripts, trained new administrators. Monitored Oracle databases. Installed and maintained Legato NetWorker backup and restore software. Diagnosed and resolved hardware/software and customer problems. Senior Programmer Specialist (promotion), 1993-1996 Training, project management, system analysis, design, code, testing, and technical writing. Accomplishments: slashed the time to run a typical MVS mainframe project from 432 hours to 22 hours by re-engineering MVS/370 assembler application to UNIX/ANSI C. Accomplishments: coordinated the moving, installation and testing of Tandem hardware and software to new data processing facility. Developed PC-based applications using DOS and Clipper. EQUIFAX / CREDIT BUREAU, INC. 1982 - 1989 Systems Analyst (promotion), 1987-1989 Senior Programmer Analyst (promotion), 1987-1987 Programmer Analyst (promotion), 1984-1986 Project manager, programmer using MVS/370-assembler, ANSI Cobol, and MVS/CICS. Accomplishments: Consultant for CA/Roscoe/RPF, and CA/Librarian source control systems, designed/coded PC based "Project Tracking/Administration" and "Customer Tape Management" systems. Assisted with PC hardware and software technical support. Programmer Senior (promotion) 1982-1984 Maintenance programmer for on-line Consumer Credit applications written in MVS/370 assembler and MVS/CICS languages. Accomplishments: Maintained CICS system software, maintained massive edit/purge facility that ensured the integrity of the Consumer Credit database.
TRUST COMPANY BANK OF GEORGIA 1977 - 1982 Programmer Advanced, 1981-1982 Electronic Funds Transfer (EFTS) application programmer and liaison between Wire Transfer and Data Processing Departments. Accomplishments: taught myself MVS/370 assembler, CICS Macro/Command language, and IBM Job Control Language (JCL). Used that knowledge to develop on-line interfaces and ancillary Cobol batch programs to transfer Federal Funds monies between Trust Company Bank and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Wire Transfer Specialist, 1979-1981 Manually transmitted and received Federal Funds Wire Transfers to and from the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. Trained operators to use Teletype, TTY, Burroughs accounting machines, and IBM System/7 computer. Assisted with supervisory and clerical duties. Accomplishments: helped automate Wire Transfer process. Computer Operator / Data Entry Clerk, 1977-1979 Computer operator in Retail Lockbox Department running a Cummins Allison Keyscan system. Processed bulk consumer payments, scanned payment documents using MICR, OCR, and Hollerith scanners. Made deposits to lockbox accounts.

HOPPER AND HAWKINS SECURITY SURVEY COMPANY 1975 - 1975 Secret Shopper Performed undercover security surveillance in retail establishments across the United States. Observed and preformed covert tests on sales associates to insure they followed required sales procedures.
